As a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continuing to unfold, we have made some important business decisions to ensure we can continue to support you through these uncertain times and keep your own health and safety at the forefront of our minds.
Commencing Monday 23 March 2020, the Retirement Victoria office will close to client meetings, with only business critical staff, including our administration support team, operating from the office on a reduced person basis.
All advisers, Client Service Officers (CSOs) and other support function will continue to work full time but remotely away from the office.
What this means for you:
- Your advisers will be able to provide you with the same service and still work on your files from a remote home location with the same high level of care and security.
- All adviser appointments will be conducted via phone or video-based means.
- Any administration requests you may have will continue to be processed in the same way.
- All necessary paperwork that needs to be provided to you will be either emailed or mailed to you with clear instructions on what to do.
We understand that in these uncertain times, having access to your financial advice team at Retirement Victoria is more important than ever. We continue to be the same well-resourced team with 11 staff supporting your advisers.
Please continue to engage with us in the way you have always done. We simply ask for a little bit of patience and understanding that response times might be a little stretched, but rest assured that we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please take confidence in the fact that we are here, when you need us most.
